Our Stress Relief bundle offers you a group of products that are soothing and calming. These are most helpful when you’re feeling fiery; in Ayurvedic terms, you need to balance your Pitta, physically or emotionally. Unwind with some of our favorites.
The Soothing Mung Soup defines ease on all levels: from preparation and cooking to nourishment and digestibility. Split mung beans are highly respected in Ayurvedic cuisine because they balance every body type. They are light, dry, grounding, and detoxifying, making this dal—a traditional Ayurvedic soup—a protein staple for everyone. In this version, the creamy texture, bright yellow color, and accent flavors are guaranteed to delight your senses and stabilize your mind and body. For a more well-balanced meal, pair this soup with rice and/or vegetables.
Ayurveda’s culinary centerpiece, Khichari (pronounced KI-cha-REE) is India’s one-pot grain and bean dish. This comforting, complete protein recipe is the perfect on-the-go meal for any time of the day. The soaked, rinsed, and dehydrated ingredients and our freshly ground spice blend make this nourishing and cleansing meal convenient to eat healthy and feel good. Its simplicity allows for easy digestion while serving as a base for countless variations by adding your choice of vegetables and garnishes.
Ashoka in Sanskrit means “free from sorrow.” This herb helps us release grief, sadness, and other heavy emotions. Additionally, ashoka is known to support the female reproductive system by promoting healing of the uterine as well as the endometrial and ovarian tissues. This ashoka tea blend is cooling and heart opening. On the menu at Divya’s Kitchen, we call it “Heart-Opening Tea.”
Vaidya’s Cup is a delicious caffeine-free coffee substitute without the unwanted side effects of traditional coffee. The main ingredient, mucuna bean, is a rich source of L-Dopa, the bliss-giving factor on which our brains thrive. In Ayurveda, Mucuna is a renowned brain and body tonic. The other herbs in this blend help nourish and detoxify muscle tissue as well as support the colon and lungs. Taken regularly, this tea blend will ease the mind, calm the nervous system, and energize the physiology with a more efficient supply of oxygen to the brain and lungs.
The bundle was perfect and have enjoyed all of it! Will continue purchasing the products.
I have not been able to visit the restaurant and I miss it. I was excited to see that I could purchase some of my favorite items online and unlike other "package foods" this did not disappoint. I could tell that real care went into these products. The soothing mung soup was awesome. The Vaidya's cup after I understood that you you have to strain it has been my morning staple since I received it. I sweeten it with some date syrup, cinnamon and Cardamom and I love it. The pitta masala I put on almost everything. And eating the kitchari, I felt completely satisfied in stomach and comforted. I have already purchased more products. Just like the restaurant, I feel nurtured and more balanced after eating these meals. I can't wait to return, but in the meantime these are a wonderful alternative and if someone is new to Ayurveda these are great introductory gifts because not only are they delicious they are very reasonably priced.
