I discovered the Mung Soup Mix recently and I make it for lunch on most days during the week. It's healthy, filling and easy to make. I highly recommend it!

My go to Ayurveda soup!

It’s so easy to make and feels so nourishing. I always add bell pepper as it is a complementary flavor.
